Peppa Pig lollipops
The Original Candy Company has launched a range of lollipops for children featuring the cartoon character Peppa Pig.
The Peppa Pig brand, based on a character from a cartoon that clocks up to 2.5 billion child viewers around the world each month, generates $1.2 billion dollars a year through retail products.
The Original Candy Company's range was launched to coincide with the Christmas gift period but will continue into 2019 as the cartoon makers air 117 previously unseen episodes in the UK this spring.
The 60 g lollipops are available in four flavours: strawberry red; strawberry pink; tutti frutti and raspberry and are sold in two branded display trays.
One tray features Peppa Pig Strawberry Pink and George Pig Tutti Frutti and the other Peppa Pig Strawberry Red and George Pig Raspberry.

The Original Candy Company acquired the licence from Entertainment One.
Each lolly has a recommended retail price of £2.00 (€2.23).
