Genius veggie wraps
UK gluten-free baker Genius has unveiled two new high fibre vegetable-based wraps: Fibre Fest Beetroot and Fibre Fest Kale.
The wraps contain three times more fibre and one-third fewer carbohydrates than regular wraps. The also contain chicory root inulin, a prebiotic fibre.
The launch is part of a new Good for the Gut line that Genius is rolling out this year. Products are gluten-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
The wraps will hit the shelves in Tesco this month, with Sainsbury's and Ocado planning to stock them from September. They have an RRP of £2.75 a pack.
