Food Safety Recall round-up 5-11 January 2018
Pest suspicion prompts bakery recall
Denmark: Konditor Bager Ørum has recalled baked items due to concerns about mice in the bakery.
Due to risk of contamination of bread and cakes, the baked goods in question are considered unfit for consumption and goods should be discarded or returned to the place of purchase, said Danish authorities.
Baked goods have production date 5/6/7 and 8 January and were sold at some REMA 1000 stores in the country.
