Two honeys recalled due to metal contamination
New Zealand: Westervelt Owhaoko Honey is recalling a batch of honey due to the possibility of it containing 'sharp metal'.
Taku Honey brand Honey with Lemon 500g batch WHA1190 with date 13-9-2020 was sold in specialty food and souvenir stores throughout New Zealand. 24 jars were exported to China
Bee Corner is also recalling honey due to possible sharp metal foreign matter.
Beecorner brand Lemon Honey (500g) batch 1190 with date 13-9-2020 was sold at local markets in Auckland.
There have been no reports of injury in connection with either brand.
