Dobrý den! FQN heads to Prague for RAFA

FoodQualityNews is a media partner of RAFA (7-10 November) and will be bringing you updates from the symposium.

The eighth International Symposium on Recent Advances in Food Analysis (RAFA​) includes presentations by young scientists, satellite workshops and interactive and vendor seminars.

The University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT, Czech Republic) and RIKILT, Wageningen University & Research (The Netherlands) event is at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.

Topics include allergens, authenticity and food fraud, industrial contaminants, mycotoxins, marine and plant toxins, packaging and processing contaminants, pesticide and veterinary drug residues.

Agilent, Bruker, Shimadzu, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waters, Phenomenex, R-Biopharm, Sciex, Neogen, ProGnosis Biotech, Restek and Romer Labs are attending.  

EU projects represented are Food Integrity, Authent-Net, FoodSmartPhone, MultiCoop and PhasmaFOOD.

The last conference in 2015 attracted almost 800 scientists, 49 companies exhibited/sponsored it and attendees came from 61 countries in five continents.
