Possible staphylococcal enterotoxin contamination in meat
US: German Sausage Haus LLC is recalling 1,252 pounds of meat due to a possible processing deviation that may have led to staphylococcal enterotoxin contamination.
Frozen products were produced and packaged from June 14 to September 8 and were distributed for institutional use and shipped to retail stores in Washington State.

The problem was discovered by FSIS Inspection Program Personnel (IPP) when they observed a possible processing deviation while reviewing records.
