A whole host of honey products
Each pot of honey is named after the area it was harvested in, from Copenhaven Airport to Botanic Gardens and, in accordance with Danish law, the honey is unpasteurised meaning it retains its full flavour.
Bybi uses the honey to produce other products such as rum, acquavit, pale ale and hard sweets which it sells online or in local retailers around Copenhagen. It also sells beeswax candles.
The firm says it takes an impressive 66,000 flowers to make one bottle of honey beer.
