Potatoes exceed insecticide residue levels
Belgium: Colruyt Belgium and Luxembourg, Collect & Go and Solucious have recalled Charlotte Boni Selection due to high insecticide residue levels.
Fosthiazate was found in (0.0665 mg/kg - ppm) in potatoes from Cyprus, packaged in Belgium. Possible symptoms of poisoning caused by fosthiazate are nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Boni Selection pommes de terre primeur Charlotte in plastic packaging 5kg sold between 19/5/2017 and 2/6/2017 with article number 28064 from Cyprus is affected. All stores have removed this product from shelves.
