Undeclared allergens in cocktail sausages
UK: Quorn Foods is recalling 27,550 packs of Chilled Cocktail Sausages because they contain milk and barley not mentioned on the label.
This means it is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or an allergy or intolerance to barley or gluten.
Quorn Chilled Cocktail Sausages 180g with date 7 June 2017 is affected.
The firm said the recall was precautionary.
"We initiated it as soon as we became aware that Milk and Barley ingredients were not mentioned on the label due to an isolated labelling error, which has now been fully rectified."
