Listeria in beef
England: Morrisons is recalling a batch of Peppered Beef Slices because Listeria monocytogenes was found in the product.
Ready to Eat Peppered Beef Slices 150g have a best before date of 21 February.
The supermarket said routine testing identified the presence of Listeria.
"We are asking all customers who have bought this use by date of this product not to consume it and to return it to their nearest Morrisons store where they will receive a full refund."
Listeria monocytogenes was found (20 CFU/g) in the product also distributed to Gibraltar.
