Listeria in ham used in salad
Belgium: Natu Fine Foods has recalled salads that contain ham due to possible Listeria monocytogenes.
The firm was told by its ham supplier that it was contaminated with Listeria but the ham had already been used in products.
Potentially contaminated products are 'la salade de jambon' with lot codes 040401 and 040402 and 'la salade de viande' with lot code 040501.
Salade artisanale ham/jambon and salade artisanale vlees/viande were sold from 27/1/17 to the 1/2/17 and weigh 200g–150g.
Tripack (3 salades Jambon/Surimi/Poulet Curry) was sold on the same dates but weighs 3x145g = 435g.
