Knock-on hummus recall
US: LSG Sky Chefs Supply Chain Solutions has recalled 103 units of Mediterranean Style Chicken with Hummus sandwiches.
The hummus used in the sandwiches was recalled by Sabra Dipping Company due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
They are packaged in the plastic clam shell, net wt. 8 oz., UPC 0 52548 58888 5, produced and have been pulled from affected 7-Eleven stores.
Chicken and Hummus sandwiches the company produces for 7-Eleven stores in the Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Buffalo markets have also been withdrawn.
Approximately 389 such sandwiches, packaged in a plastic clam shell, net wt. 8 oz., UPC 0 52548 58888 5, were produced and distributed.
