Ikea recalls chocolate from more than 40 countries
Finland: Ikea has withdrawn CHOKLAD MÖRK (Dark chocolate) 60% and CHOKLAD MÖRK (Dark Chocolate) 70% due to undeclared milk and hazelnuts.
All best before dates of the 100g chocolate bars are affected, said the company.
Allergens were labelled but not in the ingredients list in the chocolate bars from Spain, according to the RASFF portal. The issue came to light after a consumer complaint.
Affected countries incude Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK and the USA.
