unauthorised colours in red palm oil
Luxembourg: Luxembourg food authorities have informed that l’huile de palme rouge de la marque Guinea nature (red palm oil from brand Guinea Nature) is contaminated with Sudan 3, Sudan 4 and Sudan red 7B.
These are illegal dyes which are potentially genotoxic and possibly carcinogenic.
Huile de palme rouge 100% pure of the make Guinea nature 1L with date code 15/4/2018, barcode 7864564564551 and from Guinea is affected.
The product was recalled from sale in the stores Epicerie Mini World Market in Luxembourg but some was sold.
