Genius launched three new gluten-free innovations recently – pizza bases, pancakes and pitta breads.
The products form part of its move to expand into other bakery segments, offering consumers great-tasting gluten-free alternatives, it claimed.
The launch of pitta breads marks Genius’ first foray into the breads of the world sector, while pancakes will boost its existing morning goods offering and the fresh pizza bases will help the brand tap into the growing demand for gluten-free savoury home cooking options, it added.
