Food Safety recall round-up 10-16 July
Salmonella and Bacillus cereus in mushrooms
July - Luxembourg: Champignons noirs (black mushrooms) have been recalled due to Salmonella and a high amount of Bacillus cereus.
Heuschen & Schrouff branded 'Champignons noirs (Mu-Err) déshydratés' have batch number 16423, come in a 100g bag, with use by date (DLC): 25/6/2016 and were sold from 15.12.2014 to 2.6.2015.
The authorities of Luxembourg were informed by supermarket Auchan of the recall. The supermarket said the product has been removed from shelves.
