Food Safety recall round-up 13 - 19 February
Clostridium botulinum in fish
19 February - Canada: Lake Land Meats & Farm Market is recalling smoked trout and smoked arctic char from because they may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum.
Affected products were sold in variable weight packages at retail locations in Ontario.
The recall was triggered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's (CFIA). The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products.
