End of year note from FoodQualityNews

We have the results in our hands and the turnaround time (TAT) is good to we can send out the final newsletter of 2014.

This note is attached to a special newsletter looking back and it has been quite a year I think you will agree.

Food safety, quality control, food fraud have become firmly stuck on our editorial radar with driving factors including regulation, globalisation, finances and the balance between fast and accurate results.

We have been out and about more from the Food Safety Summit to the GFSI and Lab Innovations, many of which will feature in 2015 as we also look to spread our horizons wider.

Finally, before I let people do their Christmas shopping or take that well earned break, I would like to say thank you to all for making my first full year as site editor for FQN a very educational one!

We will be back on 5 January 2015 so I look forward to speaking with and meeting more of you next year.
