Salmonella in fresh dill
3 December - Norway: Importer Oslo Frukt og Grønt Engros (Oslo Fruit and Vegetables Wholesale) has withdrawn a batch of fresh dill from Italy imported via the Netherlands.
After the Norwegian Food Safety agency sampled the product, Salmonella contamination was suspected.
It was distributed to restaurants and shops in eastern Norway. Customers who have received fresh dill from the importer in week 49 are asked to deliver it back to them.
