DynaClean conveyors can be integrated with Xtreme metal detectors which include QWERTY keyboard, auto set-up, reject log and display.
The metal detector offers sensitivity with its multiple frequency range and vibration immunity.
Multiple metal detector conveyors can be remotely monitored and controlled from one PC, enabling users to monitor, analyze and update each system, as if the operator was standing at each machine.
The patent pending design of the DynaClean system offers no place for anything to hide and is easier to clean than other food processing conveyors, said the firm.
