Food Safety recall round-up 11-17 July
EFET finds Salmonella in granola bars
16 July: The Hellenic Food Authority (EFET) has recalled Canadian-made granola bars after finding some were contaminted with Salmonella.
The bars, under the trade name MADEGOOD in 36g packages have an expiry date of 24 Mar 2015. They were transported to Greece by RURAL VIODIATROFIKI SA" And "BIOAGROS SA" (English translation).
EFET demanded immediate withdrawal of the product from these companies and told consumers not to eat them.
