Bakery ingredients supplier CSM UK has joined the Federation of Bakers (FoB).

The addition shifts the number of food industry-related associate members at FoB up to 16.

It joins AB Mauri, ADM Milling, Baker Perkins, British Bakels, CCFRA, Cereform, Edme, Fuerst Day Lawson, GB Ingredients, Lesaffre Group, Puratos, Zeelandia, Taste Tech, Kwik Lok and Zeppelin Systems.

Bob Cole, industry channel director at CSM UK, said the membership would prove valuable to business.

“…CSM has gone from strength to strength to support and develop bespoke solutions in partnership with our bakery customers. We are looking forward to continuing the growth with the access to the Federation of Bakers’ fantastic resources, as well as the support and opportunities which comes with the associate membership,” he said.

FoB has nine member companies which run 33 bakeries across the UK and supply the majority of bread consumed in the country.
