Food Safety recall round-up 6-12 June
Unspecified black particles found in water
11 June - Ireland: Nisa Retail is recalling one batch of Heritage Montgomery Spring Still Natural Mineral Water, as some bottles have been found to have small black particles floating in the water.
Nisa said it had been assured by the supplier that it does not constitute a health risk but as a precautionary measure, it has taken the decision to recall the product and urged people not to drink it.
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) told us that the investigation to find out what the black pieces are is ongoing.
The 2 litre bottle has a best before date May 2016 and batch code L14135.
