Packaging error leads to recall
8 May - Australia: Woolworths has recalled ‘Woolworths Select Finishing Sauce Caramelised Onion & Roasted Garlic Reduction 165g’ nationally due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (milk) caused by a packaging error.
The 165g pouch which is from Malaysia, was distributed nationally in Woolworths Supermarkets, Safeway, Food for Less and Flemings Supermarkets.
A different product has been incorrectly packaged as this gravy product, said the firm.
