E.coli found in sprouts
14 April - Australia: Belmore Bean Factory Pty has recalled Sprout Garden Alfalfa and Onion Sprouts due to E.coli contamination.
The products come in a plastic punnet with a sealed lid (125g) and were distributed to the Sydney Markets (Flemington) and fruit and vegetable stores in New South Wales.
Consumers should not eat this product and should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund, said FSANZ.
