Russia meat show welcomes new faces
New companies from Belgium, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Israel have been confirmed at the event, which focuses on livestock feeding, rearing, processing and production, and is the only specialised meat exhibition in Russia.
The event will run alongside Ingredients Russia, which is dedicated to food ingredients, additives and flavourings, at Moscow’s All-Russian Exhibition Centre, VVC.
A programme of masterclasses and presentations will cut across both shows, including the 15th International Food Ingredients of the 21st Century Forum, discussing important issues that are challenging the Russian food industry, and an Ingredients of the Year product zone. There will also be conferences on beef and poultry production and processing.
Leila Isakova, sales manager of organiser ITE Group, said: "The specialised events continue to be a springboard for international companies entering or expanding their operations in Russia, where the appetite for new and exotic flavours has been a driving force for in the food production industry. We look forward to welcoming both returning and new exhibitors in March, and wish them a successful show."
