Chutney powder recalled due to Salmonella
7 October - Canada: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Incan Global Corp., are warning the public not to consume certain Nirapara brand Chutney Powder because it may be contaminated with Salmonella.
The product has been sold at Kairali's Thousand Spices in Edmonton, Alberta.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product and importer, Incan GlobalCorp., Edmonton, Alberta, is recalling the affected product from the marketplace.
Dosa / Iddli Chutney Powder comes in a 100g packet with a best before dae of 03/2015 and a UPC of 8 904010 697354.
