GEA appoints new director of quality management
Christian Herten has been appointed director of quality management, health & safety and environment at GEA Refrigeration Technologies.
He was previously in charge of product management of the former air treatment division, and of business development in the air treatment business unit at the GEA group, where he has been working for over 10 years.
Herten, 47, will continue his work as first vice-president of Eurovent, the European umbrella association for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, even after he takes his new position on 1 May 2012.
