September 2011 - Deadly pathogen Listeria monocytogenes is found on cantaloupes and equipment at Jensen Farms - the company linked with an outbreak that went on to kill dozens.
A total of 146 people were infected, 30 of which died in what became the worst foodborne outbreak in modern US history.
