The Institute of Food Technologists is to host the IUFoST 12th World Congress of Food Science and Technology July 16-20, 2003 at the Hilton Hotel & Towers in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
The theme for the congress is "Feeding the World - Opportunities without Boundaries." The technical programme for the congress will consist of plenary lectures, discussion sessions related to the plenary lectures, symposia, roundtable discussions, student symposia, and posters.
Congress XII will immediately follow the 2003 IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo in Chicago (July 12-16). The IFT Annual Meeting ends at midday on Wednesday, July 16 and Congress XII will begin with sessions that afternoon. For more information visit the 12th World Congress website.
