Spray drying venture agreed
American Custom Drying Company (ACD) announced on Wednesday a formal co-operation agreement with Niro Inc., a member of the GEA group and a leader in the design and manufacture of drying equipment.
Svend Keis Hansen, V.P. of Product Development at ACD, said, "The co-operation will offer clients the benefit of the combined expertise of one of the world's foremost equipment manufacturers and oneof the top custom processors in the spray drying industry."
"This combined expertise will provide clients invaluable insight and cost-savings as their market potential develops and matures," he continued.
ACD is a privately-owned company with experience in providing custom spray-drying, wet mixing, and blending service for companies in the chemical and food industries.
