Nutraceutix, Inc., an American company providing patented products for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries, has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Sinphar Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. a Taiwanese pharmaceutical group. The two companies will co-develop dietary supplements, over the counter products and prescription drugs for Japan, China Philippines, Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Sinphar​ will co-develop Controlled Delivery Technology™ and probiotics products with Nutraceutix for the Taiwanese market. Sinphar will also represent Nutraceutix technologies and products to its existing client base in Asian markets. Sinphar will produce those technologies and products in Taiwan for export to its established territories. Sinphar's Canadian subsidiary CanCap Pharmaceuticals of Richmond, B.C. will assume the responsibility of coordinating research activities developing products for the Asian market using Nutraceutix' patented technologies. Nutraceutix Inc.​ possesses proven technologies and products for the nutraceutical industry.
