ACACIA GUM - QUICK GUM™
QUICK GUM™ is genuine Acacia Gum (Gum Arabic) in purified powder form, the use of which is highly performing in the industrial production of aromatic emulsions and spray-dried flavours for beverages such as carbonated refreshments, soft and soft-alcoholic drinks, cloudy juices, milk-based beverages, energetic drinks for children, sportmen/women as well as dietary and health products in liquid form. The emulsifying, suspending and stabilizing properties of QUICK GUM™ Acacia Gum fit in practically any production process. Quickly soluble as a fine crystalline powder, it saves production time and energy consumption. It is produced without addition of any technical aid and does not contain solvent residues.
It proceeds from a natural, vegetable, not-genetically-modified origin. As a low-calorie additive with only 1.5 kcal/g, QUICK GUM™ is a valuable contribution to a health-conscious nutrition. As such it is the ideal stabilizer for functional beverages in the low-calorie liquid food segment.
