Part of VION N.V. (N.L.), Rousselot® is the leading manufacturer of gelatin and hydrolyzed collagen to the food, pharmaceutical and technical industries. Rousselot provides all kinds of gelatines and hydrolyzed collagens, obtained through different production processes according to the raw materials and the type of gelatine required.
