Ingredient to up the roasted profile

Poultry ingredients company International Dehydrated Foods (IDF), this week announced a new addition to its line of powdered chicken broths.

The company claims that its new ingredient (#3542) provides a roasted savoury flavour profile that can deliver a product with a high roast flavour profile along with a smooth savoury flavoured finish.

 

The new product offers an agglomerated texture for good stability, free of hard lumps with the aroma of cooked chicken. According to the IDF this flavouring agent is well suited for chicken soups and bases, dry gravy mixes, marinades, injection solutions and poultry seasonings.
