Hydrocolloids and hydrocolloid systems producer TIC Gums has added a new organic gum to its range of products for the food industry.
TICorganic Locust Bean Gum is, according to the company, grown, harvested and processed according to strict organic standards.
The system, certified as Kosher, can be used in a variety of food applications including cream cheese, ice cream, and sauces and soups.
Founded in 1909, TIC Gums is one the oldest suppliers of hydrocolloids to the food industry.
