FIZ Karlsruhe, the European Service Centre of STN International, a leading online provider of scientific and technical information, has announced the launch of the Pharmal and Nutraceutdatabases.
Both files will provide pharmaceutical and nutraceutical information sourced from an international network of correspondents in Europe, America, Asia, and the rest of the world.
Pharmal contains bibliographic and full-text information - including the full-text of the weekly publication PharmaMarketLetter - on all aspects of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries world-wide. This comprises of legislation, biotechnology R&D, drug launches, and clinical trial development news. Currently the database includes 47,650 records with backlog data reaching to 1985 set for the near future.
Nutraceut contains bibliographic and full-text information that covers the functional foods and natural product industries. Coverage currently extends from 1996 to date, and the database contains more than 6,000 documents. The databases are produced by London-based Marketletter Publications Limited.
