GNT is targeting manufacturers of baby food with its new fruit- and vegetable-derived Exberry colouring foods.

The products are colouring food ingredients made from organically-grown fruits and vegetables, says GNT.

Satisfy needs

“By using Exberry, baby food manufacturers can satisfy the need for fresh and appealing baby food products without compromising on naturalness and product safety,” says Dr Hendrick Hoeck, GNT's md.

GNT’s new range is available worldwide and will be aimed at food for infants and young children, such as cereals, snacks, biscuits, juice, desserts and yogurt. The range consists of five products that can be used on their own or combined to achieve a wider colour spectrum, says GNT.

High requirements

“They meet the high requirements of parents regarding the quality and purity of food they give to their children,” adds Hoeck.

The company also claims the ingredients will allow manufacturers to reach regulatory requirements easily.
