Registrations have just opened for the show, which takes place from 17th to 19th November. Organiser United Business Media has said it is taking the themed approach in response to industry’s need for “tailored, accessible content”.
Other themes at the show will be texture enhancers and ‘Food +’, describing supplements and the addition of vitamins.

UMB is expecting over 1100 exhibitors at the Frankfurt Messe exhibition centre.
