Confectionery with Karlshamns


Swedish ingredients company Karlshamns, complete with a striking, Viking stand at the FiE 2001, launched a new filling fat for the confectionery market this week. Akofill is a premium fat to meet, the company claims, the praline challenge faced by confectionery manufacturers.

Karlshamns has recently invested in new pilot facilities for chocolate manufacture to extend the possibilities to work in joint development projects with their customers.
