A starch for all seasons

Avebe (Stand J 90) will present different starches for food industries.

 

 

 

Various product ranges include potato starches for yoghurt and other desserts; clean label starches for powdered and liquid food applications; a range of cold water swelling starches, Paselli EZ (potato or tapioca based ) for selected applications in bakery products, dressings and powdered foods; a new generation of low DE maltodextrins ( potato starch based ) as fat replacers in low fat dressings and spreads. Also, potato fibres ( Paselli FP / FPF ) for meat and tomato based sauces as soy protein replacers giving increased stability and reduced purge in meat products; gelatine replacement in confectionery; new starches for muffins; organic (EKO) potato starches; and new opportunities with tapioca starches.
