Commission extends deadline for organic logo entries

The European Commission has extended the deadline for its art student contest to create a new organic logo to be used on products throughout Europe to 6 July.

The competition was launched in April, and challenges students to come up with a symbol that will have universal appeal in all member states. It is open exclusively to EU citizens who are registered at an institution of higher education for art or design, based in the EU.

The original deadline was 1 July.
