Clean label solutions -including gluten free and rich in fibre products- play more and more an important role for the production of additive-free and healthy food. To make a contribution to this Emsland Group has developed Emfibre®, a range of insoluble vegetable fibres especially for the food industry.

These gluten-free and non-allergen fibres are obtained directly from non-GMO potatoes or peas. As natural food ingredient Emfibre® enables E-number free declaration of the end product (“clean labelling”).

To meet the multitude of applications best Emfibre® products are available in different particle size.

Being multifunctional Emfibre® is used successfully for versatile food applications giving nutritional, technical or commercial benefits.
