Flavor Chemist- Creative Tasters!!!

I agree, it is one of the highlite of my career, when flavors end up on the grocery stores.

I even used my family as my dedicated tasters.there are plenty of sleepless nights on what I can do to get to the next "omps" of completing specific flavors.
