Bakery ingredients company BakeMark International will be exhibiting in western Europe for the first time at the upcoming IBA exhibition in Germany in October.
The company, a subsidiary of CSM, said this week that BakeMark International's 'bread competency island' will showcase ingredients under brand names from BIB-Ulmer Spatz, Arkady and Braims.
The organisation will also showcase pastry ingredients offered by the operating companies of CSM to include American, French, Italian and British specialities, such as Karp's US style mixes, Produits Marguerites patisserie ingredients and Carels glazes.
During the exhibition, BakeMark International's Olivier Hutt will speak about French patisserie ingredients.
