The lecture, to be delivered by Professor Colin Dennis of the Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association is entitled ‘Can we trust our food?’.
The organizers note that consumers are increasingly concerned not only about safety and quality of their food, but also about origin and animal welfare, organics, fair trade, and the environment.
