- Etenia, meanwhile, is a combination of plant based ingredients for use in low fat yoghurt and cakes, to give them an extra creamy texture.
- The new printer from De Grood is 100 per cent digital, meaning there is no need to set and change templates manually. It has a printer head suitable for decorating foods with viscous edible products.
