Flavour ingredients company Treatt plc announced recently the launch of Sugar Treattarome™ 9806, a clear flavour suitable for particular use in diet/low-calorie products. The company claims the 100per cent natural flavour imparts a fresh, natural sugary taste to food systems without adding calories, sugar, protein or colour. Applications include beverage and confectionery products.
