A new interactive graphical database offering market insights for food and beverage ingredients will help manufacturers and suppliers identify new trends and grow their business, according to RTS.

Market information is vital to current business strategies and future growth - especially when it comes to the food and drink ingredients market.

From colours and flavours, to vitamins, hydrocolloids and probiootics; keeping an eye firmly on data for trends and growth opportunities in your section of the market is important to virtually all business, says Jamie Rice, research and marketing director at RTS - the company behind the new insight database.

Speaking at the Nutraformulate show in the UK, Rice told us that RTS has built the Foodtrending insight database "specifically to answer those information needs."

"Whether you are looking to expand internationally, whether you are looking to enter new markets, or you have a new ingredient product - with Foodtrending you are really quickly able to get up a picture of that market in very precise ways that's very specific to your business," said Rice.
